Back pain. Should I take a day off?
I am 23. I've been working in a warehouse for a few days. Yesterday we got pretty heavy consignment and I have developed mild back pain and muscle strain in the whole body. My back doesn't hurt much but when I try to touch my toes while standing I can feel more intensive pain. It has been 24 hours now but the feeling hasn't gone away yet. I am considering weather to return to work for tomorrow. I feel that pain is not that big and can be controlled. I am just wondering if I can make permanent damage if I do that?

This sounds normal ..
You are young and strong and have just overdone things, by using muscles that you don't normally use so much as you have been doing. This normally hurts for a few days..
Just relax in a nice warm bath and have a good nights sleep.
You should feel better by tomorrow.
Go to work but just take it more easy on your back..
