Light pollution has to do with not seeing the stars at night.

Because of all the city lights at night, it dulls our view of the stars.

    Causes: Lights.

    Effects: Brightness.

I mean, it's not that difficult. It makes stargazing more difficult if you are near a city.

The biggest issue isn't really the "pollution" itself, it's that the light that's fired in the sky is simply wasted energy.

    How about light bulb pollution?

The new light bulbs, the curly energy savers, are a pollution hazard! There is mercury in those little curly tubes - if you drop and break one you might have to call in a hazardous waste decontamination team in the future!
