What is a free substitute for this font?

I'm wondering if there is a free substitute to Adobe Myriad and Myriad Pro that looks almost exactly the same, but is free.

Please help.

    Explanation:

    Myriad Pro belongs to the sans serif family. As such similar fonts are the Hevittica, Arial and the sans serif which are free and comes with your Windows.
