    i write Christmas, X-mas is a shortened lazy way of spelling it, Its because Christ was born at Christmas Dec 25th we write this, or Noel, X-mas non-believers write this.

    I always write out Christmas. They mean the same since somewhere in history "X" became a symbol for Christ so x-mas just means Christmas.

    i write it as 'christmas'. x-mas is just a short way of spelling christmas, i guess. x)
