what are some things that can make a tin can corrode?

apart from salty water or something what can make a tin can rust???

    anything that wears away the zinc coating.

    Hydrochloric acid would be excellent for that job.

    a tin can only has a layer of tin about as thick as .01mm cuz itz expensive. tin doesnt rust cuz it does nt react to water and oxygen like iron. but it turns into a powder like a nonmetal when tempretures drop below 13 C or 55 F

    Put it in water for about 10 weeks. And have it in the sun.

    But it might not have it fully coverd in rust maybe you should use some zink.
