why do girls like to go shopping??????

Please don't put me in that category that girls go shop & buy things they really don't need.

I personally only shop when I actually need something. I last less than 2 hours normally, depending on the occasion.

I don't get it either. I don't understand how women can go shopping for hours and not buy anything, doesn't make any sense.

Us guys, we know exactly what we're going to buy before we leave home, we go right to where the item is, buy it, and leave. We don't window shop.

It goes back to caveman times. Guys had to go out and track down the mammoths and dinosaurs and kill them for supper. It was simple.....track, kill, bring back. Girls as usual had to do everything else including making the cave nice and comfortable and make the clothes and raise the children as well as probably grow all the vegetables and find nice fruit. On top of all that they had to look good when the man came home all covered in blood and so proud of himself.

well it could be a female thing ... we are out shopping anyways for household stuff or personal things ... i guess the same reason guys can go and sit on a pond bank or creek bank and fish for hours and catch nothing ... or go deer hunting and sit for a day and not see a deer ... shrugs .. its just things people like to do ..btw ..not all girls are big shoppers lol ... ...

when we are shopping it is easier to talk to girl (hints the girls go shopping with girls thing) and we just like to walk and talk and look at cute things.... i think this is the best description

Don't guys buy pointless stuff they want too?

We just have different wants i guess.

Plus it's something to do while you guys are watching football.

it's bloody fun!!!! and it's a good oppertunity to 'show off' to guys we come across. and, if we're out with our mates, it's a great way to socialize!

Cause itz funn! Spending money, getting stuff, and then using the stuff...... yeahh funn.
