Georgia repo law for statute of limitations?
What is the Statute of Limitations in Georgia? The law says that for a written contract its 6 years, but for a breached contract its 4 years. Which is correct for a reposession? If a business repos the car and sells it, then isnt the contract breached?

If the car was repo'd you violated the contract by not making payments. Any rights you had in regards to the vehicle are gone.
If you think you can reclaim your car after a repo you'll be disappointed.
