My Chemical Romance; I'm almost certain that they aren't. Their tour is supposed to end in Madison Square Garden on 05/09/08.
Escape The Fate; Again, I'm almost certain that they aren't.

My Chemical Romance are currently doing a tour in America. After that I would expect they'd take a break and start writing for the new album. I'm not sure if they've been to Australia, but it's possible since they're a pretty big band.
I don't think it is very likely for Escape The Fate to go to Australia. They're not as popular as MCR, and, Ronnie was just kicked and the lead singer of Bless The Fall, is replacing him for a couple of shows they're doing for a tour.
Your best bet is to keep checking their websites.

from what i know escape the fate don't have a singer.
and at the moment MCR are touring america.
