Where can I find children's books to sell?

I am living in Taiwan and am looking to import inexpensive children's English book sets (probably around US $30 each or less) to Taiwan to sell at a store or online. Should I look for a distributor in the United States? If so, whom specifically should I buy from? Or would it be better if to find a manufacturer in mainland China? If so, which one?

    try selling here http://www.cerbid.com/ they got over 500,000 buyers but almost no sellers... ( i seen it in news FOX11 )
