Do i have the power to read someone else mind?

No - you can become especially adapt at reading body language and other such subtle signs, (cold readings such as psychics famously do) but you cannot read someone elses mind. The mind is all neurons firing, we currently need very strong machines, (magnets etc) to even work out the vague area of activation, let alone "read" what the activation means. The neurons and activation don't send out a very strong signal at all. Background signals in the air complete overwhelm it (why brain scans take place in very closed off rooms.)

If we could read someone's mind, there would be a stampede to learn how to do it, then another stampede to be around people who have insider stock information.

It seems unlikely.

Intuitive people can be very good at reading people's facial expressions and body language though.
