i own my own mobile home here in ga.but i rent my land.in my lease it states we can have no dogs but can my landlord tell me i cannot have a dog if it does not go outsde???
by the way my dog is a tiny chuahua and i am not cruel she does not like it outside and she uses puppy pads

Your lease states "no dogs" and you agreed to it. BTW...how on earth do you plan on having a dog and never letting it outside? That is just plain unrealistic & cruel.
