The keys are in the bloated stomach of Zahn. Get there by going past the maze entrance to the Kingdom of Dreams and find him. He'll burp up the keys if you feed him Soda.

Check upstairs in the bookcases surrounding the gramaphone, down stairs by the steps going up and the one's in front of the lab door, and there are like two or three outside. It took me a little while to find them too because they blend in with the floor. Hope this helps.
