Bullseye 1 2 3 primer?

Has anyone used Bullseye 1 2 3 primer? I am taking down wallpaper and replacing with a semi-gloss paint for my bathroom. I've used Kilz before but the fumes were awful; is it the same with the Bullseye brand?

    it smells but no where near as bad as kilz, used it the other day, plus its water based, still open windows though

    its defend of you if you like it its good in my own its ok
