What do you think of a 90 year old mom calling her 55 year old son by his baby nicknames?
She is not having problems with alzheimers, she has all of her mental facilities, but insists on holding his hand when they are around, (walks between him and his dad holding hands), calls him Kennyben (his name is Kent), and Dolly. Tells him he needs to put lotion on his hands "dolly". She constantly calls him to complain how bad his dad is, putting himbetween her and his dad, whom she is still married to.

The nickname thing...who cares...she had him..let her call him what she wants....
wanting to hold his hand etc....well she is older and probably just wants to cherish the time she has with him.
The complaining about his dad...it is his choice and responsibility to tell her if this bothers him...he doesn't have to be mean...just say mom...I love you and dad both and I don't want to choose....or...mom...you know that is just dad.
Just because you are grown..doesn't mean you can't tell your parents how you feel...just do it respectfully...unless of course they are mean and disrespectful to you.

She 90 as long as she is not hurting herself or anyone else let her do what she wants. If it is an issue why don't kennyben say something to her?

it's cute.
I would let my mother call me anything, because I love her that much. And even then, I know she would not call me horrible names.
