Anyone from Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico??

I am looking for a recipe called Macabeo. It is native to this part of Puerto Rico. It's a fritter made with bananas and stuffed with meat. IT IS NOT AN ALCAPURRIA. Trujillo Alto has a yearly festival in honor of this fritter. I AM SO HOPING THAT SOMEONE CAN BE KIND ENOUGH TO PROVIDE ME WITH THIS MUCH SOUGHT AFTER RECIPE.
