88x31 animated banner?
Does anyone know of a good place to go make a free 88x31 animated banner? Or if someone can make one for me that would be great.

just go to photo buket and upload a picture. then you click edit picture. after you click edit, click on the resize button and type what you want the size of the banner to be! then after you have it at the size you want, go to decorate picture and click erase, and erase the picture. then click add text.then you choose what you want the text background to be. then you make the text box fill the whol picture so that you will have a back ground. then you click add text again and put text where ever you want. Then you click on save. then you click on your photobuket username. then you click on make remix. and then you just animate the picture!
