Dell Latitude does not boot up?
This notebook turns on for few seconds and then shot down
I think the user upgrade ram on it ,first had display problem ,
so we connect it to other monitor it was fine,for no reason one day it just worked with no display problem ,I open the ram and look at it total about 300+ ram ,since I looked at it ,IT does not boot up not even bios windows comes up connecting to monitor does not shows anything,When I push start button for few second both green lights blink and then it shots down,any Idea ,I do computer repair professionaly so plese if you did not have this problem or want to guess ,plese don/t.

If you repair computers then here are few ideas:
1. When you opened, then you shorted some cable or wire and it turns off because of short circuit protection.
2. Dead battery. Sometimes when your battery is dead or has some problems inside then it will shut off like this too. Try to remove a battery and use power supply only.
3. Motherboard problem. Some capacitors on power lines got cracked or broken and has short circuit inside so it needs to be replaced.

If all else fails BOOT SECTOR restore technique: Insert your domicile windows Disc and boot the computing gadget up, tell it to boot CD if a reveal shows it. as quickly as booted up press R for restore. Press a million and enter form: fixmbr, press enter answer definite form: fiboot, press enter, answer definite form: go out and do away with CD in the previous it boots back up. you have merely fixed the boot sector of the no longer hardship-free force, it did no longer influence the put in domicile windows.
