Its not the Spanish side you need to worry about, its at the airport, this end. I was told i had to have both documents in the same name, or i wouldn't be travelling.
I would advise checking with your travel agent & airline.

just turn up you have booked your tickets for the airline in your maiden name just produce your marriage certifcate you will get no problems at all it happens 100s of time a year.
I can assure you will not have a problem at all.
But if you want to check just phone the airline for confirmation that what I state is correct. for your own piece of mind.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRY TO GET YOUR NAME CHANGED ON YOUR PASSPORT UNTIL YOU RETURN. YOU MAY FINISH UP WITH NO PASSPORT TO GO WITH THE PASSPORT AGENCY MAY NOT RETURN IT IN TIME.
APART FROM THAT YOU WONT GET A MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE UNTIL YOU ARE MARRIED AND THE PASSPORT AGENCY WILL REQUIRE THAT BEFORE THEY CAN CHANGE YOUR NAME ANYWAY

i'm interior the comparable situation as you. I have been given married 2 years in the past, yet have nevertheless no longer have been given around to changing my passport (yet it nevertheless has 7 years left on it). I certainly have by no ability had any problems so do no longer worry you would be high-quality, as long as you ascertain all your trip information eg tickets additionally are on your maiden call, as they could desire to tournament your passport. For the fee of a sparkling passport (minimum £66) you're able to be able to as properly merely shop it and alter it whilst it is by using expire. you will no longer have any problems as do no longer overlook all the ladies who now shop their maiden call... yet have an incredible trip and don't worry you would be ok.

No. Not without a legal name change in your passport. You'd be best to expedite a name chance with the passport office, or change the name on your tickets. There's a possibility that if you take your marriage certificate with you, they MIGHT let you go, but personally, I wouldn't risk it.

it may course problems - google " travel with passport in maiden name"
some countries will let you get away with it, more than likely this only being europe, (take your marriage certificate with you)
but you should get your passport changed . the tickets need to match the passport.
if you are not married yet, you can get your passport update still. and will be valid from your marriage date.

The two names must match. You can go to the airline and request a name change, if you have a good reason. I did this once for a plane ticket from Los Angeles to Singapore. My given name is Billy but the travel agent assumed my name was William. The tickets arrived to me in New Jersey on the day I was leaving for Singapore and I had to go to the airline office in New York City. They took my tickets, put an official stamp over "William" and typed "Billy" over it. It took me an extra two hours of my time, but it was better than cancelling non-cancellable tickets and buying another set. When I got to LAX, they were very understanding. Hopefully, you have a good reason for not changing your name on the passport.

My advice to you would be to go to your local main post office, and ask a passport adviser there. I'm sure you can travel with your old passport as long as you have proof of your married name, but, as you're not actually replacing your passport, you're just updating it, I think you can get it changed faster than usual

I just recently tried https://tr.im/UpdSI last month to see if I could track down my birth-parent. My bio father left me when I was 8, and has refused to contact me since. I grew up with my biological Mother and Step-father. I have only ever talked to my biological dad a couple times till recently. All I knew of him personally when I conducted the search was his full name, and the state of a previous address he used to have.
When the results came back based on the minimal info I had, It pulled up a current address even his phone number. When I called the phone no., I heard the voice of what sounded like it may be my step-brother. I asked if Joseph(my bio father) was present, and he said no but to try back after 7.
I haven't done anything with the info since, But yeah I found what I was interested in.

There almost certainly should be no problem if you take your marriage certificate with you. Some countries won't accept this, but as Spain is an EU member, there shouldn't be a problem.
