Please review my article on ehow.com dealing with caretakers for adult parents, please add tips?

Can you look at this article and leave feedback on ehow.com

http://www.ehow.com/how_2264677_rule-adult-childre...

This article is written to help adult children prepare for a discussion with their parents regarding "what do I need to do whenever: 1) you become an unsafe driver 2) when you are not able to care for yourself 3) when you need help with your finances.

It applies the 40 / 70 Rule [Child over 40/ Parent over 70].

This article is very informative. I think you basically hit all of the points that are necessary for parents and children to know over the ages of 40 and 70. However, it would be good to possibly target groups that have difficulty living in their surroundings due to their missing their home country (ie. immigrants). That is just a thought! Awesome article, keep it up!
