Peter Kahl and Brian Sharp albino lines?
Does any body know why these lines are not Compatible?

I'm not 100% sure. It could be that they are very closely related and they don't want them interbreeding to prevent genetic defects. It could also be that they are different genes and therefore will just create offspring that are het for both lines but not albino (I'm not sure how that could be since the albino genes should probably be at the same locus). If the latter were the case, it would be kind of cool to interbreed and create hets, that way no matter what two of the double hets would make an albino!

They are two seperate genes that produce the same (or similar) phenotypes.

sharp strain is a bci (boa constrictor imperator)-common boas
kahl strain is a bcc (boa constrictor constritor)-red tail boas
if you breed both togeather you will get normals het for both kinds of albino
