can anyone recommend an eyeliner with good staying power on the lower waterline?

l'ancome makes a stick liner that's beeswax-based, so it stays on a better than pencil. i really reccomend it, it lasts all day. they have a good selection of colours, which are more subtle and not so extreme. i would definately reccomend it.

Bare Escentuals Weather Everything Liner Sealer as you can turn your Bare Escentual Eye Shadows into liners, it not only makes the Eye Liners into waterproof and long lasting liners, but it also converts the Shadows into waterproof and long lasting Eye Liners also. Even if you are out clubbing and sweating like mad it Will not shift this fantastic product, I really really urge you to try this product as I wouldn't use any other Eye Liner because I find even if they say they have the staying power it usually doesn't, this does what it says.

Pencil eyeliner isnt particularly the final, the only one i can advise is the city decay which you have, or perhaps that isnt all that, or smashbox countless eyeliner is stable. you will possibly desire to attempt a water-proof gel liner, they have extra pigment and final continuously...identification advise Mac fluidline or Maybelline Eyestudio lasting drama eyeliner

I think any eyeliner from collection 2000 stays for about 12 hours? :D

Khol eyeliners are way better than any ordinary pencil ones but the best of them is AVON colourplay, its cheap so u may not think it is good, but it is the best...makes ur eyes look beautiful and alluring....:)

My favorite is Arbonne's Liner. It is smudge and water-proof. They also have a variety of great colors.
