How do I ask my bestfriend(a girl) out?

I have known her for almost 3 years and I didn't start to like her until last year. She has already told me that she only likes me as a friend. Should I go ask her out and see what she's says? I don't wanta jeopardize our friendship. So what do I do?

well, just talk to her, make sure its face to face and not over the phone or msn...bcz that's just LAME!!! and tell her that you still have feelings for her, tell her that you understand if she just wants to be friends (she'll freak out otherwise) and don't force the issue, that's just gonna make her distance herself from you until things calm down...or they appear to at least. her answer will probably have something to do with how close you are, if she views you as "more of a brother" even though technically you're not blood related if it feels like that then you have no hope....can you imagine kissing a sibling~didn't think so.

but maybe she views you as just a good friend, which maybe she might have feelings for as time has gone on.

best of luck, she might be the "somebody" that everyone is always searching for but then again she might not be...all you gotta know is that you'll find your "somebody" at some point, and you'll be there's. until then just remember~ life's about taking chances, so just go for it!!
