I believe success is different for everyone. Each individual human being as different needs, wants and desires. To one person making a million dollars may mean success, while to another it may include what I call " the wealth's of life". That being we are rich with relationships of family and friends, have a satisfaction with our financial success and are generally happy and content. One would consider success to be in the mind of the individual in relation to their personal goals and achievement thereof.

How I measure success? Well, I'm a teachers aide, don't make that much money but, I love what I do. I wouldn't give it up for anything. I also have a husband that loves me and 2 of the best children on the planet. I think that makes me pretty successful.

For my job, it is the feeling that I have when I am able to approve a mortgage for first time home buyers. It is so rewarding to be able to help people reach that American dream. It is so exciting.
For my family, it's having all 4 boys grown into such fine young men.The 2 oldest working nearby, the youngest 2 are in Navy and Army, all seem to be healthy & happy. They love animals, they pay their bills, respectful of woman, patriotic, kind to the elderly and they have a good like heart. I feel blessed and then it dawns on me, just when I thought they didn't listen a thing I said, maybe even still hate me for taking the car keys on that big saturday date night or making them clean their rooms before they go outside to play. Just when I think I could have done better as a mother, they turn around and do things that make me so proud. I cry, not from sadness, but because I am in awe...it is the greatest feeling of success any mother could every want.
