Yes i think that adds up to just know that you are alive and living up your life ....

Its great i think, than not being Reminded ..which is like no one notices you and you are like dead ....

So yes its some sunshine to be Reminded .....lol

yes....sometimes....with all the time having to either go to school or work and dealing with stress....or bills...don't feel like a person...more like part of some job or school cycle...not really living...

...so doing creature comforts...or taking a few minutes to have a nice bath or shower or play with your pet dog or cat....get some flowers for around your room or house...or drinking a favorite drink...but really concentrating on the taste or it...
