Does anyone have any book recommendations to help with TTC?

I am approaching the year mark in a couple months her with no luck ttc. Most of the information thus far I have used has been off of various internet sites, but I always question the validity. I have heard of one book "Taking Charge of your Fertility". Does anyone have feedback on this book or can recommend another book? Thanks

Taking Charge of your Fertility is a great first book to get in touch with your cycle, charting etc . . .

I also liked Conquering Infertility by Dr. Alice Domar - it was more comforting when we had been trying for over a year without any success.

    Good luck!

  • I took TCOYF out of the library and read it in January (after I had gotten my period and was "out" that month). I read it from cover to cover and I ended up conceiving in February. I'm not saying that's going to happen to everyone just by reading the book but there are so many signs our bodies give us to say, "Hey it's time, you're fertile." I suggest reading the book (I wouldn't buy it if you don't want to) and see what happens.

    Good Luck to you
