thanks, dragon. not that i'm worried, a co-worker just posed the question...haha, i should have looked up how many people have asked the question first--too many.
i'm thinking more about man's extinction, i suppose...my answer would be that we'd suffocate ourselves with our own filth and indifference and lack of respect for nature.

endrshadow - I think the world will end when our Sun goes supernova in a couple of billion years, however, humanity will be long dead by then.
