I would say Dirk for the last 40 years of foreign players, Duncan is awesome but he has a better coach a better team and he has Ginobli, Keep in mind Duncan is the whitest player in the NBA, Dirk would have titles if he was not a one man team. It takes 3 people to stop dirk, when does Duncan ever get triple teamed? oh never, occasional double maybe, but teams cannot because of Ginobli and others, When Mavs lost to Heat and lost to GS, they only guarded Dirk and let the rest of the mavs play.

Tim Duncan, in my opinion he is the best Power Forward to ever play in the NBA.

tim duncan. 2 time MVP 3 time finals MVP. that should be enough reasons why he's the best foreign player in the NBA.

Ooooh thats a tough one. Id say Dirk Nowitsky because he's so fine, or Yao Ming..because Ive never seen an Asian that tall...or who can play basketball...no offense to Asians. Plus he has a pretty good restaurant here in Houston. lol.

There are many however Dirk Nowitzki and Manu Ginobli really stand out. They had done many great things for there teams.

Dirk, he can shoot from anywhere on the floor, above-average rebounder, average defender, only European to win an MVP.
