Which window tint has the best heat rejection yet high VLT?

What is currently the best automotive window tint film in the market that offers the highest heat rejection figures yet high visible light transmittance (ie; light tint)? I'm looking for one with 60% or higher VLT.

Please include figures in your answer.

Update:

How about "Wincos-60" with 92% heat rejection regardless of VLT?

Update 2:

The best non-metallic Formula One film only has 61% heat rejection, and that's for the super dark "05" model.

Huper seems to only have up to 70% rejection "within legal tint limits".

Actually the FormulaOne film does have the best ratio for US companies, Huper Optik has the best ratio over all , see http://www.huperoptikusa.com/

Both work in the infrared range as well as the visible light spectrum.
