Living in Marana (Tucson) - Continental Ranch / Gladden Farms area?

These two communities are not far from a city dump. Does it stink when the wind is right? And how often is that? I understand Gladden Farms is a little closer.

Any plans to change that dump site?

    There are not any plans to change the dump site. Yes you can smell it about everyday and no it isn't a pleasant smell.
