Yahoo problems. Anyone else?
has any one else noticed a major increase in issues with Yahoo recently? My Geocities account keeps freezing up in the middle of an update (and consequently, I lose the work that I did) and now my email account is having the same problems. I wonder if there is any correlation to the fact it seems to be happening during this whole Microsoft buy out thing. Has anyone else been having technical issues with greater frequency?

Problems like this may happen due to a bad cache. Clear your history, temporary files (be patient) & cookies, then restart the computer and retry. This HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/se... .

I'm not experiencing more problems with my Yahoo account but what you have described might have something to do with that buy out. With so much money involved who knows what some people might be tempted to do. Though I have to say Yahoo mail, yahoo answers and other Yahoo sites have had bad days even before that Microsoft buy out thing. Hopefully they will fix those problems soon because Microsoft might not be interested in buying something that doesn't work right.
