Take it. Figgins is a great all around player, and Matsui isn't doing too well.

If you dont count Steals, then that is a major part of Figgins game that is taken away, although he will get you triples. Depends on the rest of your team; if you have someone else who can get you triples, then dont do it. If you have power, but no one who will get triples, then take it. Either post the rest of your team or use your own judgement, but there is no way to decide whether this is a good trade or not without knowing all the info.
