Monroe Piercing?

Oh god i love monroe piercings. They look so good. Im getting one in june. I think you would really suit one. Your luccky my mum wouldnt let me have one til i was 17. I wouldnt have one done whilst you have the brace though as it could get caught on your piercing. I would wait til you get the braces off. But yes you will look good with one. If my child wanted one i would say she had to be 13 for any facial piercing and 12 for her belly pierced.

definately wait till the braces are off, i used to have a monroe and it bothered my teeth all the time and i dont even have braces so if you had it WITH braces thatd be a serious pain in the ***, and im 17 now but i had my nose pierced when i was 14...i think 14 is probably the youngest age itd be appropriate

I agree that it would look good on you, but wait till your 15. Young girls with facial piercings just dont look right. I honestly think 15 is too young, so your parents are cutting you some slack. Sometimes you just gotta suck it up and wait, time will fly, trust me.

as long as you've got braces you do not want to get any type of oral piercing.

there is the obvious chance that you could get it caught in the braces...but there is also somethig else to consider. braces can trap food...food traps bacteria....this makes for a higher chance of getting an infection.

You'd look great with a monroe, but your parents are right...wait it out.

Don't get any piercings around your mouth if you are getting braces. That will just add on to the "metal mouth" appearance.

you would look good with it but i wouldn't get it while wearing braces. wait until the braces are off it thats possible. no one looks good with braces and facial piercings.

Piercings are cool, but yes they do hurt so only get them in the ears.
