4 years ago? you must be young. the peace bridge project is DECADES old. and just because an issue was missed for a long time does NOT mean its not important. it means that the planning wasnt taking everything into account. If an endangered bird will make the bridge take longer, so be it. Better to have things done RIGHT than done NOW.

Screw the birds. If they aren't intelligent enough to fly around a freaking bridge then they deserve to die.
