Only a few games allow for DS-to-Wii interaction, the biggest oen being Pokemon Battle Revolution. Geometry Wars Galaxy did something with DS-to-Wii. Also, the WiiWare game "PokeMon Farm" allows for DS-to-Wii connections, to transfer Pokemon. And the upcoming EveryBody's Ninetndo channel will let players download free game demos to their DS.

You can connect Pokemon Diamond or Pearl to the Wii game Pokemon Battle Revolution. But if you mean can you play DS titles on the Wii then the answer is no. It would be cool if we could though.
