    No, you need to balance charges...

    (NH4)3PO4 + 3LiOH --> 3NH4OH+Li3PO4

    and don't forget to put chemical states!!

    No, you need three Li's to pair with a PO4,

    The correct rxn is this:

    (NH4)3PO4 + 3LiOH --> 3NH4OH + Li3PO4

    (NH4) and OH have a charge of +1 and -1 respectively; they can be paired together with no subscript coefficients.
