    10 MINUTE SHRIMP

1 lb. medium shrimp, pre-cooked, frozen

    3 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon (or more to taste) Old Bay seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

1 teaspoon chopped garlic or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon Frank's Hot Sauce

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Do not thaw shrimp. Place shrimp in a microwave-proof bowl (if using fresh garlic, add now) and microwave on high setting for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp are steaming hot. Drain liquid.

While shrimp are hot, add butter, hot sauce, (lemon and parsley, if using) and remaining seasonings. Return to microwave for 10 seconds, or until butter has melted.

Serve over wild rice mix with green side-salad.

Make some Angel Hair Pasta in garlic butter. Then saute your shrimp in garlic butter also. Combine the pasta to the shrimp and toss gently. Add some Parmesan cheese for taste.

bow tie pasta, alfredo sauce, roasted sweet red peppers, broccoli florets and shrimp make a wonderful meal. cook pasta and broccoli til nearly tender, drain, add sauce and peppers and heat thoroughly. you didnt say whether it was cooked or raw shrimp so just boil til done if raw and add to pasta . if cooked just add to pasta and broccoli and let cook with the pasta til nearly done.then add to sauce and peppers. excellent. serve with garlic bread. and a salad. be sure to completely peel the shrimp before adding to pasta.
