I have kept a philodendron in my office for years - only flourescent lighting, and no windows. It grows very well - don't overwater it or it will turn yellow.

You can go to any home improvement store for, Lowes for example has an indoor plant section. Everything in the "greenhouse" area does well in office settings and with little maintenance other than the occasional watering. There are far too many kinds to list, just take a look and see what you like the best. If you don't think you can remember to water them all of the time there is also a glass decoration you stick in the pot that you fill with water and it slowly releases water into the soil as needed.

Take a closer look at some of these. They are used in many restaurants and bars for live decor. They require very little light and care.

You could try a cactus. There are a lot of different kinds and some are really pretty or you could try a spider plant. They grow just about anywhere.
