Yes. In my country, pirates do exist. They are the pirates of the Sulu sea because they stop boats that pass through the area between Sulu/Jolo and Sabah (Malaysia) and divest the crew and passengers of their valuables. I don't know if they are still in operation considering that both the Philippine and Malaysian governments are patrolling the area with their Navy force.

yes, but not looking like you would think from a movie. they are normally dressed like the rest of us. they still just jump on a boat and take the valubles. thats what is considered a pirate

I actual do believe that some attempt to guard there coast and waters, and they could call themselves 'coast look after' in the adventure that they favor. there'll continually be someone that ruins it for some thing, yet taking a hostage isn't a thanks to do it except they could educate he grow to be dumping waste. they ought to enable him move. some thing in basic terms would not scent good about this pirate ordeal IMO...
