Err, you didn't say what country you're at. But usually, the national post office is the cheapest way of sending anything, whether mail, parcel or package of any weight. Hong Kong's Post Office is quite efficient and reasonably priced.

well, you can use DHL, UPS, or any of the other major mail services or if you are in the USA, you can use the USPS and send it registered mail, with tracking number and signature required
