You say you read Vampire Knight, but it is now an anime. You can find at least the first three episodes subbed.

Other good ones are Hellsing, Black Blood Brothers, and Trinity +

Blood+, Hellsing for anime and this comedy manga called Vampire Game is great, though maybe not strictly for the vampire element.

I'm not sure what the English version was called but the anime Karin was pretty good, its not a really serious one though more of a silly vampire anime.

For anime I could recommend Blood+.

Millennium Snow is a very good vampire manga, and it's one of my many favorites.

I rather like the anime Trinity Blood

and Rosario+Vampire is a alright manga but I think the anime is terrible. ha forgot blood+ thank you other person!
