I felt bad for her that she couldn't even remember if the contestant sang twice or not. On her former reality show "Hey Paula", they blamed her weird behavior on "lack of sleep and enormous amounts of stress". So, in my opinion I just think that she is overworked. I don't think she's on drugs or drinking. She might need some mental help, though.
