special k challenge?

i started it today..

i read up on other special k q&a on here

and they did help...but

im about to go to the store to buy some of their snacks..

any prefrences?

and on the website how come it doesnt list their meal bars as part of the plan?

can i still get those?

and is it okay to still eat my own snack..like a yogurt

b/c i love light n fit yogurt and just stocked up on them...i still would like to eat them

and for my third meal of the day-(the free-sh one) should i still like watch it..like no steak..?

    First of all, the special K challenge sucks because it's expensive, no variety, and too many carbs.

    But if you really want to do this, please switch to a wholesome cereal brand like kashi or barbaras because special k has wayyy too many artifical crap in it.

    For snacks, choose fruit, veggies, pb, hummus, pickles, and non fat yogurt. I like to put vanilla and cinnomon in plain yogurt. It tastes like ice cream!

    I don't think the meal bars are part of the plan, just cereal (thats why it sucks).

    For dinner, go with lean meat (poultry, bison). You could also try tofu, beans, or veggie alternatives. I love them. I would stay away from steak only because of the sat. fat. Thats what raises cholesterol. Don't forget fish!!
