There r some universities like ICFAI which gives their students including distance education students, CDs containing course materials, including questions & answers. If u can contact any old student u will get those CDs and u can copy them for free.

Moreover course materials are different for each universities. So if u want a really good comprehensive course material that covers all the topics then u shld go for the big ones.
