Quitting Yahoo Answers for a while?

Same here. I've decided to get to the next level and then to really cut down on the time here significantly. I'm not really doing all the things I should and it's getting silly now.

I am not sure about the points, I would think that you can leave your account alone for a while, and it should still be intact when you return.

It will stay the same. Enjoy your break. It can take up a lot of time if you let it. Now that the weather is getting warmer I find myself spending less time on here.
