I'm quite sure it's never happened. I'm sure there have been series in which the road team has won the majority of games but never in the history of the NBA has a series gone the distance with the road team winning every game.
Quite often though playoff series have been dominated by the road team. A perfect example is the 1980 matchup in the western semis between the Sonics and Bucks (yes, the Bucks were in the West back then).
Game 1 in Seattle: Sonics 114-113
Game 2 in Seattle: Bucks 114-112 (OT)
Game 3 in Milwaukee: Bucks 95-91
Game 4 in Milwaukee: Sonics 112-107
Game 5 in Seattle: (Kingdome) Bucks 108-97
Game 6 in Milwaukee: Sonics 86-85
Game 7 in Seattle: Sonics 98-94
The main reason I'm sure there's never been a series in which all games were won by the road team is that when it comes to a Game 7, historically the home team has won Game 7 the vast majority of times. I'd say maybe 90 percent of the time. That doesn't leave very many series left for the road team and you gotta search among those to find the answer to your question.
Your question is a good one though because historically home court has always mattered more in the regular season than in the playoffs. If one team is better than the other they've always found a way to win a road game or two to get by. In the Bird/Magic era one team was often winning on the other team's home court.

No, that's never happened in a 7 game series.
In 1974, the Celtics played the Milwaukee Bucks in the finals, Milwaukee had the home court advantage. At that time, the finals played a 2-2-1-1-1 format, rather than the current 2-3-2.
Game 1 at Milwaukee: Boston won
Game 2 at Milwaukee: Milwaukee won
Game 3 at Boston: Boston won
Game 4 at Boston: Milwaukee won
Game 5 at Milwaukee: Boston won
Game 6 at Boston: Milwaukee won
Game 7 at Milwaukee: Boston won
In that series, 5 of the 7 games were won by the road team, including the final four games of the series. Only games 2 and 3 were won by the home team.
It was in game 6 that Kareem hit the famous skyhook that gave the Bucks the 102-101 victory in double overtime. John Havlicek missed the final shot for Boston, and the series went to game 7, where the Celtics routed the Bucks in Milwaukee. Game 7 was also the final game of Oscar Robertson's career

Not sure about that but there's been a few times where the road team wins game 7, the most recent being Utah at Houston last year and Dallas at San Antonio the year before.
