That sucks! I like Cutler. Ron Santo was able to play with diabetes, so I hop Cutler will be able to do the same.

There was a big thing in the papers and news here. He will do fine, as he has access to the best facilities and playing at that level is smart enough to know what must be done to keep himself in the best possible condition. Plus team doctors will stay on top of it and make sure all is well!!!

That's messed up. He already has to deal with great pressure at being a young QB trying to lead his team to at least a winning record.
But the good news is that being an NFL player, he has a great medical staff and will be treated accordingly. He'll be fine.

It has been said it will not affect his career, and he will come in this year and lead the Broncos to a great season and hopefully a promising postseason

Yeah, it's too bad, but it's manageable as long as you do what you're supposed to do, which I'm sure he will. I have family members who have diabetes. You just need to take care of yourself. Eat healthy, stay in shape, regulate your blood sugar. It's just something you always need to be aware of and not let get out of control.

He'd better be fine. Someone has to keep Brandon Marshall off the fast food bags and away from the TV.
It's manageable. I think he'll be fine.
Insulin dependence sucks, but lots of athletes were successful despite it.
Jackie Robinson had it...

Ron Santo played his whole career w/ it (Juvenile Diabetes).
if you haven't seen it, it's a good show / documentary about Ronny called This Old Cub. You DO NOT have to be a Cub fan to enjoy it.

First I've heard, If so he'll be fine. He has access to some of the best medical care. I don't think it would effect his football.
