Are you now or have you ever been with someone just because that person was physically attractive?

We were all "young and dumb" and a certain point, no questions about it but thanks to those experiences, we learned how to do the right thing and understood, that it should not be always be "based on a physical but intellectual" level. :-)

My first husband was drop dead gorgeous and we married in three weeks. He looked like Omar Shariff at 25. He had a PhD and was already an instructor at Ohio State.

He had a great personality and tremendous charm, but his parents wanted him to go back to India after seven years of marriage. His "carrot" was becoming a dean of his father's university, an offer he could not refuse. He came back for me a year later, but I learned to live without him and married someone else.

I have and it turned out to be a very shallow relationship. A truly lovely person is beautiful from the inside out.

Like clo said, we were young and dumb and without these failures we will not learn as this is part and parcel of life.

Everytime when we go deeper and deeper we will not be shallow...

aw man, i once fell so deeply in lust with a guy that i gave up all my pride and values to follow him around like a lust-sick puppy for weeks. i ignored the fact that he was dumb, boring and liked wayan's brothers movies. i found out after three weeks that he had a girlfriend and kid in another city and STILL didn't leave him til my friends got ahold of this information, at which point i acted surprised and hurt and dumped his ***. god that boy was hot, i hope i never see him again, i'll probably relapse and jump him...

It was such a stupid idea, and I know exactly how you feel.

It is shallow, but our youngness overtakes us and hormones kick in.

Its stupid, and now i hate his guts for putting me through what he did.

Yes and it's a stupid reason to be with someone, he was hot but he was really boring.
