Youtube wont play on my comp?
I just get a big "Q" and it sits there. Is my pop-up or security set too high? I have windows XP.

You need to download the latest flash drivers to your computer. Youtube should prompt you for the download. You can also visit adobe.com and click on the download to get their flash player. After installation, go back to youtube and you will see the videos.

Sounds like you have Apple Quicktime.
You may also need a codec.
Try downloading DivX.
You could also try using a different internet browser, such as mozilla firefox or mac safari.
Also, try uninstalling apple quicktime.
