They lead the world in military technology.It's a dead heat in space with the USSR.

It should prove interesting to see what if anything new comes up from all over.I can think of many more areas they need to be thinking about,like home.

Yes, it's on a huge down slide. About 25% of all scientists in America are native, the rest are immigrants. So the sciences in America are not really being taught. They have to rely on other countries for information. I estimate that parts of Asia will become technologically superior and take control in the future. Especially with stupid things like the crazed religious fronts taking control. Basically avoiding and ignoring scientific facts. The USA is becoming the global punching bag, and unless they take real steps to become scientifically viable, they will collapse.
