Sky Broadband?
I want to set up my sky broadband using a wireless usb adapter. I have windows vista, but cannot appear to get the settings right.
As anbody out there manged to do it and if so how, please.

Use this page to access your router,
http://aquibhussain.googlepages.com/index.html
Then click "Get User name and Password" then follow the screen instructions.
You'll notice that the User name and password are different to the ones Sky sent you. This is normal.
Use the details you've just discovered to set up the wireless USB.

Maybe because you are trying to use a USB connection for the Internet. For a proper trouble free connection the general consensus is use an Ethernet connection now. USB's are too finicky and prone to bad connections. Most modems that come now do not have USB sockets only Ethernet.

I have set up sky wireless and have vista, i'm not sure of the problems you are having.
I suggest ringing up sky, it can be annoying but they are not as bad as other companies like BT etc. Sky do normally pick up relatively quickly.
